- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried calling thier office in Pekin 7 times today from 2:00 to 3:30 PM and no answer. This happens all the time. Nobody ever answers the phone. I do not recommend this branch at all. Very bad customer service. If they keep treating thier customers like this, it's only a matter of time before they close the doors in the Pekin branch for good.By James H, December 15, 2017
